As Partner, Banking and Financial Services (Americas), Sandra develops solutions and strategies to drive true digital transformation for our clients and grow our presence in the Americas market. She works closely with firms of all sizes to understand their needs and deliver the next generation of ISG solutions. Leveraging her cross-industry experiences and applying ISG’s market-based benchmarks, rigorous process maturity assessments and best practices for delivering IT and business process services, Sandra helps banking and financial services clients optimize their business model while also to seeking to reinvent new or future digital models and revenue streams.

Sandra joined ISG in January 2020, bringing decades of advisory, leadership and industry experience to expand the firm’s presence with banking and financial services enterprises in the Americas. She led expert-oriented relationship management teams with principal ownership of top-tier client portfolios, including Fortune 500 banking, financial services, and insurance organizations. Her in-depth BPO/ITO experience centered on multiple functions across an organization, but she specialized in large-scale solutions for improving the order-to-cash cycle, starting from billing through payment, as well as, touching on collections and treasury functions. Sandra’s executive leadership covers consultative sales, strategy, product management, research and M&A activities. Sandra is valued by clients as an astute thinker and as an industry thought leader.

With 30 years of high-level advisory and sales experience in financial services, Sandra led the sizable banking, insurance and capital markets practice at Conduent, the $4.5 billion business process services company. Previously, Sandra was senior vice president of global sales and strategic relationship management for Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), where she played a pivotal role in providing innovative solutions, especially automation and customer experience transformation for her clients. Her banking career started at South Carolina National, which became Wachovia, and now is part of Wells Fargo.

Sandra holds an Executive MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
